Senior work means being inside someone else's company at a difficult moment, often as the only experienced person in the room, and being able to say plainly what is true. If you have carried that kind of responsibility, we would like to hear from you.
We also take on people at the start of their careers, in accounting and reporting. You will work closely with us rather than in a corner, and you will see more of how companies actually run in a year here than in five somewhere larger.
Beyond that, we simply want to work with people we like. Assignments are long, the days are intense, and being good company matters more than most firms admit.
